You own the content you generate. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscription
Paid plans are purchased manually. Credits are granted at purchase. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime.
Prohibited Use
Generation of CSAM, non-consensual sexual content, hate speech, or deepfakes of real people is strictly forbidden.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
03. Accounts & Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your Ownership:As between you and Ibda Verse, you own all inputs you provide and all outputs generated by the Service.
License to Us:You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
06. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate:
- —Sexual violence or non-consensual sexual content.
- —Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- —Real violence or gore.
- —Harassment or hate speech targeting protected groups.
- —Deceptive content (deepfakes) intended to defraud or mislead.
07. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, specifically the "Prohibited Use" section.
