Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded, how to ask for one, and how long it takes. It applies to all plans and credit packs bought on Ibda Verse.

Quick Summary

Unused purchases

If you have not used a single credit, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Used credits

Once credits have been spent on a generation, they cannot be refunded — the processing has already been paid for.

Failed generations

If a generation fails because of a fault on our side and your credits are not returned automatically, write to us and we will return them within 7 days.

01. What this policy covers

Ibda Verse sells subscription plans and one-time credit packs. Both are paid for in advance, and both grant credits to your account at the moment the payment succeeds. Credits are what you spend when you generate images, video, audio or text. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for both.

02. Refunds for unused purchases

PlansIf you have bought a plan and have not used a single credit from it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Credit packsThe same rule applies. A credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase, as long as no credit from it has been used.

03. Credits that have been used

Credits that have already been spent cannot be refunded. When you run a generation, the work is carried out immediately by third-party AI providers and we are charged for it at that moment, whether or not you are happy with the result. A result you did not like is not, by itself, a ground for a refund.

04. If a generation fails

If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, the credits for it are normally returned to your account automatically.

If that does not happen, write to us at support@ibdaverse.ai with your account email and roughly when it happened. We will return the credits to your account within 7 days.

05. How to request a refund

Email support@ibdaverse.ai from the email address on your account, telling us what you bought and when.

A refund must be requested within 7 days of the purchase. We cannot process requests made after that.

06. How a refund is paid

Where it goesRefunds are returned to the same payment method you paid with. We cannot send a refund anywhere else.
How long it takesOnce approved, the amount reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

07. Cancellation

Nothing renews by itself.Plans do not auto-renew. There is no recurring charge to cancel — when a plan period ends, it simply ends, unless you choose to buy again.

Stopping a plan early.If you decide to stop using a plan before it expires, it will keep working until its expiry date. There is no refund for the remaining days.
